Refund policy

30-Day Return Promise

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may return your item within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The item is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging

  • You can provide a valid proof of purchase

  • Any gift-with-purchase (GWP) items received with the order are also returned

We are unable to accept Change of Mind returns for:

  • Clearance, or seconds items

  • Gift cards

Reward points earned from returned items will be reversed.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please contact us at info@toypark.com.au or via the Contact Us form to request information for return address.

  • Customers are responsible for change of mind return postage costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable delivery service. Toypark is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and approved

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If free shipping was applied to your original order, but your return reduces the order value below the free shipping threshold, the refund will be adjusted

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@toypark.com.au or via Contact Us form.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
